It’s essential to determine the correct door size. What kind of size cut do you have? The door’s size depends on the cutout, not on the overall dimensions to hold the frame.

There are typically two standard width options available: 572 mm and 622 mm.

And there are some caravans with large cutouts, about 878 mm wide, but the range is limited.

What kind of Hinge do you need: A Left-hand or Right-Hand?

 

Ensure to check in which direction you want to open your door. Caravan doors have hinges fixed on the left-or right-hand side. Think about all the obstructions that might come in. 

Select a left-hand caravan door if you want your hinges located towards the front door. It is recommended to use a left-hinged door fitted on the passenger side of the Caravan.
